About the Role
We are growing fast in Madison, and we need a dynamic Talent Coordinator to help us build our dream team! You will be the engine behind our recruitment efforts, working closely with leadership to hunt, attract, and select top tier professionals. What You’ll Do
- Maintain supply of all recruiting materials & kits
- Send appropriate communication to candidates for each step of the selection process
- Participate in community clubs and events to promote the office and company brand
- Review resumes and schedule interviews as needed
- Prepare and track recruiting activity and reports
- Provide support to all leadership team members to facilitate the recruitment process
- Build and develop effective referral sources to generate qualified leads through job boards, online platforms, and networking within the office and with community advocates
- Utilize applicant tracking system to update candidate database
- Coordinate and execute advertising and marketing strategies including social media, flyers, local events, etc.
- May include the oversight of contract and licensing responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in recruiting, sales, marketing, and/or business development - preferred
- Tech Savvy: Sharp skills in Microsoft Office and social platforms
- People First: Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate with anyone
- Mindset: Highly organized, self-motivated, and hungry for career growth in talent acquisition
