Position: Onsite Recruiter / Onsite Coordinator

Schedule:  Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Must be flexible to start earlier and work Saturdays as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Onsite Recruiter / Onsite Coordinator to support daily staffing operations at one of our client locations. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for temporary associates and client management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing operations for 2 shifts with a headcount of 50–80 temporary associates.
• Check in new hires and assist with onboarding.
• Monitor attendance and resolve timekeeping issues.
• Communicate with client supervisors regarding staffing needs and employee performance.
• Support associates with questions and workplace concerns.
• Recruit and schedule employees as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Conduct regular floor walks to ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings

Qualifications

• Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Must be comfortable working in a hot warehouse environment.
• Must be flexible to adjust work hours, report earlier when needed, and work Saturdays based on business needs.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 DOE
