Supportive and collaborative team culture Growth and development opportunities Opportunity to gain experience working with multiple doctors, teams, and office environments Expand your clinical knowledge and build a diverse skill set Opportunity to network and grow relationships across multiple locations Make a meaningful impact on patients every day Schedule (days/hours) M, T, W, TH, Fr 9-6, Sat 7-4 (will alternate a day off each week) Responsibilities Present and explain orthodontic treatment plans to patients Review insurance benefits, financial arrangements, and payment options Help drive case acceptance through strong communication and patient education Coordinate scheduling to maximize office efficiency and patient flow Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and consultations Build strong relationships with patients to create a positive experience Work collaboratively with doctors and front office teams Travel between supported office locations in the Inland Empire region. Qualifications Previous orthodontic or dental treatment coordinating experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience If you are an enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator looking to grow with a team that values patient care, collaboration, and professional development, we’d love to connect with you!
