Front Desk Agent

Job Overview Essmann, a renowned specialist in custom cabinetry and millwork, is seeking a highly organised and professional Front Desk Agent to join our dedicated team in Pennsylvania Furnace, Pennsylvania. This is a Full-Time position and a fantastic opportunity to become the first point of contact for our valued clients. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in managing our front desk and providing exceptional administrative support, reflecting our commitment to quality craftsmanship and tailored solutions for corporate and church environments. The offered salary for this role is $45-$55 per hour, dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients, visitors, and suppliers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Manage a multi-line telephone system, answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars.
• Perform various administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Provide basic and accurate information about our products and services to visitors and callers.
• Ensure the reception area is kept tidy and presentable at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to support administrative needs and ensure smooth office operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, or similar administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A professional attitude and polished appearance.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
• Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
• A high school diploma is required; further qualifications in office administration are a plus.
