Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid CTC Certification in Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) required
- Prior experience in special education preferred, particularly with early childhood caseloads
- Ability to implement individualized education plans and engage diverse learners
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm for fostering an inclusive and positive classroom environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored instructional support and interventions for young learners with special needs
- Collaborate with families, related service providers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive educational services
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with regulations
- Advocate for students’ educational and social-emotional growth
