Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid CTC Certification in Moderate/Severe, ESN, or an equivalent Special Education credential (required)
• Demonstrated experience working with elementary students in moderate to severe caseloads
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities with multidisciplinary teams
• Organizational skills and adaptability to a dynamic educational environment
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for students and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction to elementary students with moderate to severe disabilities
• Develop, implement, and track IEPs in accordance with district and legal standards
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
• Adapt curriculum materials, teaching strategies, and behavioral interventions to meet diverse learner needs
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of student progress
• Participate in staff meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.34 to $50.34. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
