Financial Analyst
We are seeking Financial Analysts to support PG&E's Asset Retirement Program. These individuals will perform high-volume processing activities, ensuring accurate completion of settlement documentation, SAP updates, and quality control reviews. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in detail-oriented environments and have strong experience with financial documentation and data validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process assigned asset retirement orders.
- Complete Settlement Upload Templates and required supporting documentation.
- Perform SAP transaction entry and record updates.
- Validate financial and operational data for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct peer QA/QC reviews of completed work.
- Identify discrepancies and document resolution requirements.
- Follow established SOPs, job aids, and processing guidelines.
- Maintain accurate processing records and activity logs.
- Support daily throughput targets and project completion goals.
- Participate in team meetings and status reporting activities.
