Position Mark Richey Woodworking sucht erfahrene Tischler:innen oder Schreiner:innen für die Position des „Advanced Woodworker“ in der Möbelherstellung. Die Tätigkeit ist vollständig auf die Werkstattarbeit fokussiert, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der Fertigung von individuellen Möbelstücken und Schrankbau liegt. Responsibilities Arbeiten mit Holz, Plattenbearbeitungen, Sägen, Schleifen, Laminieren sowie den Zusammenbau von Möbeln. Verarbeitung von Massivholz, Türkonstruktionen, Furnierarbeiten, Verleimungen und das Verpressen von Materialien. Umfassendes Verständnis der Maschineneinrichtung, z.B. das Schärfen von Messern. Fähigkeit, Baupläne zu lesen und umzusetzen. Requirements Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tischler:in oder Schreiner:in. Gültiger PKW Führerschein. Bereitschaft, mindestens 8 Monate zu arbeiten. Bereitschaft und Lust, ein neues Land und neue Arbeitsweisen kennenzulernen. Alter zwischen 18-35 sowie Deutsche, Schweizerische oder Österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft. Team Das Team besteht aus 10 Teams mit jeweils 4 Personen, geleitet von einem Job Captain. Insgesamt arbeiten etwa 40 Mitarbeiter:innen auf der Werkstattfläche und 8 weitere in der Endfertigung und Logistik.
