Office/Operations ManagerWe are looking to fill Office/Operations Manager position in our San Antionio, Texas region.Opportunities:Is your communication style more factual and direct?Do you prefer personal recognition on an individual basis?Do you prefer to manage processes verses people?Are you proactive, orderly and streamlined?If so, then Titan Factory Direct is for you!Summary:We are looking for professionals that can thrive in a fast-paced Manufactured Home dealership, and will be responsible for all office management, finance documents, billing/invoicing, scheduling contractors, Loan Processing, paying invoices, communicating updates with customers and much more. Necessary industry specific training will be provided.Business is Booming! Bi-lingual is a plus!Compensation/BenefitsWe offer competitive SALARY+BONUSES (Potential 42K-70K/year), Vacation, full benefits, Company matched 401K (50%), and opportunities for advancement. Skills: One or more of the following preferred and/or required. Office Management experience (Required)Loan Processing/Finance experience Invoicing and Bookkeeping experience (Required)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail (Required)Ability to prioritizeExcellent organizationCustomer Service Experience (Required) All required skills will be screened for on resume.
