Real Estate Financing Counsel will work full-time in a remote capacity, focusing on negotiating and documenting real estate financing transactions, advising on joint ventures, and supporting corporate venture activities related to data center infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Negotiate and document real estate financing transactions including loans and credit facilities Advise on and structure joint ventures and partnership agreements Draft and negotiate financing instruments and support corporate venture activities Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to a U.S. state bar 6-10 years of experience in real estate finance or capital markets law Deep knowledge of secured lending and real estate finance documentation Experience with joint venture formation and investor structuring Familiarity with data center or technology real estate finance preferred
