The incumbent will deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with departmental policies under the supervision of senior staff. Job Details Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program; current and valid New Jersey Respiratory Care license; NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification; BLS (AHA); ACLS; PALS. 1+ year of recent respiratory therapy experience, including ICU experience and ventilator management, is required. Schedule: Night shift, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Every other weekend and holidays are required. Required Qualifications: Valid NJ license, active RRT certification, minimum of one year of ICU and ventilator experience, and willing to float to adult ICU and intermediate care areas. Skills & Experience: Ability to adapt quickly to patient needs, strong teamwork, accountability, and dedication to delivering high-quality patient care. Preferred Qualifications: None specified. Additional Information: The position is a 13‑week contract requiring at least one year of licensed RT experience, with flexible floating to various ICU and care floors as needed.
