Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a major commercial construction project in Rochester, MN. The Project Manager will oversee project coordination, scheduling, materials, logistics, subcontractors, and communication between field and office teams.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with a commercial construction contractor or general contractor, preferably within wall and ceiling or related trades.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project schedules, resources, subcontractors, and day-to-day project activities.Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Manage material procurement, expediting, deliveries, and site logistics.Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, field teams, and project stakeholders.Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.Conduct site inspections and proactively identify and resolve project issues.Track budgets, costs, materials, and project documentation.Prepare progress reports and support accurate project billing.Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, field personnel, suppliers, and project partners.Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of project management experience with a commercial construction contractor or general contractor.Experience in commercial construction, preferably wall and ceiling or related trades.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.Experience with expediting, procurement, and material logistics.Ability to manage material flow, site deliveries, suppliers, and subcontractors.Proficiency with MS Office and construction/project management software.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively with both field and office teams.Must be comfortable working on-site in Rochester, MN.Candidates with experience in commercial interiors, drywall, framing, ceilings, wall systems, or other specialty construction trades are strongly encouraged to apply.
