What You Would Do


• Lead and develop a team of customer care specialists

• Monitor staff engagement, ensuring that employees are engaged and fulfilled

• Oversee pending leads, sales and service appointment scheduling, and production installation scheduling of new and existing customers


• Ensure our customers have a remarkable experience with our company

Requirements

What We Need for this Role


• 2+ year of call center or customer service management experience

• Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient computer skills
