A leading AI research company that works with large AI companies is seeking experienced licensed clinicians to work as remote AI trainers and evaluate how frontier AI models handle real clinical work: an assessment and plan from a history and exam, a medication reconciliation with interaction checks, a triage decision, a discharge summary, patient education or a clinical protocol. You bring the judgment you have built catching the interaction the order set missed and knowing when a presentation does not fit the obvious diagnosis. This is project-based, fully remote work you can do alongside a current job, including evenings and weekends.

What the Work Involves
- Design realistic clinical tasks from your own practice, such as a SOAP note and plan for a constructed case, a medication reconciliation, a triage decision with rationale, a discharge summary or a standing order set
- Author the supporting files a clinician would use: constructed or de-identified histories, exam findings, labs, imaging reports, medication lists, prior notes
- Run those tasks through frontier AI models and grade the note, plan, reconciliation or protocol they produce
- Compare two model outputs on the same task and document where each fell short
- Write grading rubrics covering the right differential, red flags, medication decisions and communication for the recipient
- Flag concrete failures: unsupported assessments, missed contraindications or interactions, anchoring on the obvious diagnosis, unsafe communication

- Pediatrics or obstetrics
- Behavioral health
- Geriatrics and long-term care
- Perioperative or oncology
- Pharmacy
- Licensed clinician: RN, NP, PA, MD or DO, PharmD, or an allied health license with independent clinical judgment (for example respiratory therapy, physical therapy, midwifery)
- 2+ years of current or recent hands-on clinical practice preferred
- You read and write clinical documentation at a practitioner level and ground decisions in current guidelines
- Clinicians in education, simulation, informatics or quality roles are a strong fit, as are per diem, part-time and semi-retired clinicians with real weekly capacity
- Licensure may be verified during the assessment
- Hands-on practitioner: you currently do, or recently did, the work yourself as an individual contributor, not solely as a manager
- Strong written English; you can explain clearly why a result is wrong, not only that it is
- Familiar with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, with the judgment to tell a well-reasoned answer from a plausible-sounding wrong one
- Comfortable working independently, following detailed written instructions and incorporating feedback
- Pay: $40 to $125 per hour, depending on project and expertise. Paid via PayPal on a regular schedule. You are paid for every step you complete
- Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week with no maximum; full-time hours are available. Multi-day task timers let you spread work across days
- Location: Remote. Must be based in the United States, Canada, or the UK
- Tools: Access to the AI models you will evaluate is provided; no personal subscription needed

- If you pass, you complete onboarding and a short training project, then propose and build tasks from your own professional experience, with expert review and written feedback at each stage
