Maintenance Technician

This position will support our Parkline facility in Hitchcock, TX. As a part of nVent, Parkline s a leading manufacturer of highly engineered metal buildings for industrial and commercial applications. Today, nVent connects and protects our customers with inventive electrical solutions. We design, manufacture, market, install and service high performance products and solutions for mission-critical equipment, buildings and essential processes. Offering both prefabricated and on-site building capabilities, framed and frameless building construction types, and products ranging from build kits and modular units to fully engineered integrated buildings.

Maintenance Technician-

MUST HAVE:

• Ability to perform ongoing facility maintenance and report on equipment; including machinery, building, and structures.

• Includes inspection of buildings and equipment and systems (heating and cooling, water) according to safety standards.

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair across facility, including HVAC, pipe, and electrical systems.

• Use of various hand tools, power tools, and equipment.

• At least 3-5 years of facility maintenance experience preferred.

• Team Player, ability to work by yourself and with others.

• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to ensure quality.

• Able to multitask and adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected challenges with projects

• Strong attention to detail.

• Must be willing to work overtime, as needed.
