Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and scale the company's talent acquisition function during a period of significant organizational growth, expansion, and transformation. This role will be responsible for managing an internal recruiting team, overseeing external recruiting partners, and building the processes, communication, and infrastructure necessary to attract and hire top talent efficiently and effectively. As the company continues to grow, integrate new teams, and expand its workforce, this individual will serve as the central point of coordination across all talent acquisition activities. The Talent Acquisition Manager will ensure recruiting resources are aligned to business priorities, hiring managers receive timely and consistent communication, and candidates experience a professional and engaging hiring process from initial contact through onboarding. This role requires a highly organized and results-oriented leader who can successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will bring experience supporting rapid growth organizations while leveraging best practices gained from larger, more mature companies. They will be responsible for implementing scalable recruiting processes, managing recruiting performance, optimizing external agency relationships, and creating visibility into hiring progress across the organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in helping the company achieve its growth objectives by building a high-performing recruiting function that delivers top talent, strengthens the employer brand, and ensures an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Leadership Leads and develops a high-performing recruiting team. Creates accountability and performance expectations. Balances speed, quality, and candidate experience. Project & Resource Management Manages multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously. Allocates recruiter and external agency resources effectively. Tracks progress and proactively addresses hiring challenges. Communication & Stakeholder Management Builds strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders. Provides proactive updates and transparency throughout the hiring process. Ensures candidates receive timely and professional communication. Vendor & Agency Management Manages relationships with external recruiting firms. Establishes performance expectations and service-level agreements. Evaluates partner effectiveness and return on investment. Growth & Scalability Develops recruiting processes that support rapid organizational growth. Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Brings experience from both high-growth and larger organizations to create sustainable talent acquisition practices.
