About this opportunity:

• Support supervised Sales Operations work in sales fulfillment, customer support, CRM data governance, reporting, and sales enablement.

• Use Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and related tools while maintaining procedures, dashboards, and training content.

• Work with experienced team members; assigned work will be reviewed before use or distribution.

Preferred Skills:

• Enrolled in a business, information technology, analytics, or related university program.

• Basic understanding of process mapping, data governance, sales or fulfillment processes, and data quality.

• Ability to learn CRM, analytics, and other business systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize work effectively.

• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.

• Ability to understand user stories, acceptance criteria, process requirements, and procedures.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.

Activities: 

• Assist with routine sales-support activities, including setup preparation, order-status follow-up, request routing, and record updates.

• Identify CRM data issues, prepare approved load files, validate records, maintain issue logs, and summarize data-quality trends.

• Update sales playbooks and training materials, including process steps, FAQs, and quick-reference guides.

• Maintain task trackers, status reports, procedures, and meeting follow-up items.

• Follow documented procedures and review controls; the intern will not independently approve data changes, perform unsupervised production loads, make policy decisions, or publish final guidance.

Physical Demands

• Duties of this position are performed in a normal office with exposure to manufacturing environments.
• Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data
• Repetitive manual movements are frequently required (e.g. data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc).
• Basic manufacturing system knowledge.

Salary

The range described in this posting is an estimate by the Company, and may change based on several factors, including but not limited to a change in the duties covered by the job posting, or the credentials, experience or geographic jurisdiction of the successful candidate.

The hourly wage is determined by the years of study completed and is non-negotiable as per company policy.

Hourly Wage: $23-30 CAD/hr
