Product Business Analyst Intern - Winter

Salary: $36,795.2 - 46,196.8 per year Requirements:

• At least 3 years of business analysis experience; 5 or more years in technology-related roles is preferred.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and system implementation projects, ideally from initial concept through launch.
• Strong understanding of Agile methods, product development lifecycles, and requirements gathering.
• Healthcare, biopharma, patient support program, or specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Salesforce experience is an asset.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with design thinking, process improvement, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to turn complex business needs into clear requirements and user stories.

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with product, business, and technology stakeholders to deliver digital solutions.
• Assess business processes and identify ways to improve them through automation and greater operational efficiency.
• Support backlog management, feature prioritization, and Agile delivery.
• Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses, and track KPIs to evaluate product success.
• Help ensure solutions meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with change management and user adoption.
• Use data insights to guide product decisions and roadmap priorities.
• Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
