Senior User Experience Designer

Responsibilities Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to visualize user flows and design concepts Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability testing, and business requirements Apply and contribute to design systems and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency Implement responsive and adaptive design principles across devices and screen sizes Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce engaging, high-quality digital content across platforms Communicate design intent clearly to partners and development teams to ensure accurate implementation Manage design initiatives from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards Partner closely with business users and developers to ensure design feasibility and technical alignment Participate in design retrospectives and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes Engage with global design peers to share best practices and evolve design workflows Required Qualifications Deep understanding of UX/UI principles with demonstrable professional experience Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator Excellent knowledge of storyboarding and user flow development Strong visual design skills with a refined attention to detail Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently as a self-starter while contributing effectively to team environments Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries Experience collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams #J-18808-Ljbffr New York Technology Partners
