Shift Manager

Job Summary A Shift Manager leads shifts, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. The manager provides leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and profitability. The role involves planning shifts, monitoring performance, staying on target, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
