Regional Director of Operations

Responsibilities Provide overall vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned units Lead operational management and financial performance across multiple locations including main campus and satellite offices outside of the area Establish and maintain effective client relationships while ensuring contractual obligations are met Build revenue and manage P&L statements with sensitivity to costs and client needs Coach and mentor a large team including nearly a dozen managers and 500+ total employees Ensure safety, quality, and service excellence across all operations Position Qualifications 5-10 years of proven leadership experience with P&L responsibility in hospitality, retail, facilities, or food and beverage industries Experience managing at least $25M in annual revenue Bachelor\'s degree preferred Demonstrated ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent Strong communication and teamwork skills across all organizational levels Experience with turnaround initiatives and leading through change Comfortable with contractual requirements and identifying operational opportunities Compensation Base pay range: $145,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Base pay: $145,000 - $160,000 per year, 22% bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with large match, relocation assistance available, and much more!
