Enhanced Clinical Service Coordinator

Position Enhanced Clinical Service Coordinator Rate $27.19/hour Schedule 37.5 hours per week, with adjustments as needed. Location Greater Pittsburgh Area Job Responsibilities In our Enhanced Clinical Service Coordination Unit, we serve consumers by ensuring engagement and participation in treatment/services, case linking, and referral to other resources and acting as a liaison to community facilities. We act as advocates, ensuring all adheres to the rights of consumers and that they have timely access to all mental health and drug and alcohol services/treatment. The primary purpose of this position is to function as a team member with clinical modalities and to coordinate the provision of supportive services for adults with serious and persistent mental illness who need assistance in accessing, coordinating, and monitoring resources and services.
