Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location in Chillicothe, OH.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. Home Health experience required: minimum 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years (client-specific requirement). Experience with HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) electronic medical record required (client-specific requirement). BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Ability to meet productivity expectations: client requires approximately 30 productivity points per week and availability for a 40 hours/week caseload (client-specific requirement). Reliable transportation to cover the assigned territory, which includes Pickaway, Fayette, Hocking, Highland, and Ross counties (client-specific requirement). Preferred: prior Home Health RN or interdisciplinary collaboration experience.
