We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts and help coordinate order activity for a Long-term Contract position in Tracy, California. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, manage order-related communication, and work closely with sales, production, and shipping teams to keep commitments on track. This position is well suited for someone who is comfortable in a manufacturing setting and can balance accuracy, responsiveness, and strong customer care.

Responsibilities:
• Receive and enter customer orders submitted by clients or internal account representatives, ensuring complete and accurate information.
• Communicate with customers about pricing requests, order updates, revisions, confirmations, and service concerns in a careful and timely manner.
• Create and process purchase orders for materials and supplies needed to support production schedules.
• Maintain customer account records, update key data in internal systems, and assist with credit-related transactions when needed.
• Partner with manufacturing and shipping teams to help coordinate production timing and support on-time delivery performance.
• Monitor multiple small- to mid-sized customer accounts with varying levels of complexity while maintaining service quality.
• Respond to questions and resolve issues by coordinating with internal departments to keep customers informed and supported.• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or a similar client-facing role.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong data entry and general computer skills, with the ability to manage order information accurately.
• Ability to handle multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in the corrugated box industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to resolving customer concerns.
