Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position. What Our Security Officers Do Security Officers help to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience to remember. A Security Officer's Day-to-Day Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner Check guest identification when age restrictions are enforced Ensure guests adhere to the venue's safety policies and procedures Assists with monitoring alcohol service security functions, including guest serving limits Diffuses difficult guest situations with integrity Assist and direct guests as needed Communicates potential guest service issues to management team What It Takes 2+ years in a similar role preferred A passion for guest service and hospitality Background Checks and Security Certifications (where applicable) Perks (More Reasons You'll Love Your Job) Free Bowling! $1 Arcade Play 20% off Events 50% off Food & Beverages Work Environment/Physical Demands Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
