About the Role The Licensed Wealth Management Advisor will provide personalized retirement and financial planning services to our customers and families, building and managing a client base using company technology and marketing support. Flexibility is offered to create your own schedule and grow your career on your terms. Responsibilities Meet with existing and prospective clients to plan their financial future. Utilize company‑provided technology, tools and client management system to support operations. Employ marketing support such as mailings, email blasts, and customized flyers to expand business and reach new prospects. Collaborate with co‑workers and the District Vice President to learn new skills, methods, and best practices. Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Advisor. Minimum 2 years of proven and successful sales track record. Active FINRA Series7,66 OR Series6,63,65 licenses. Active state variable life and health license. Location and Travel This position is based in the Greater Chicago, IL area. Estimated travel may include up to 25%. Compensation Salary is commission‑based and will depend on factors such as geographic location, skills, and experience. The role also offers a discretionary bonus under the applicable incentive plan.
