Senior Sales Manager, Agency & Advertising Sales (Remote)

We're rebuilding our sales function, and we want an experienced sales professional to take it to the next level. You'll own new business across our Microsoft, TikTok and billing partnership programmes. You'll close big deals yourself, and you'll shape the process, pipeline and team that scale them. This is a hands‑on senior role with a real say in how we grow. About ClickTech ClickTech is a Microsoft Advertising Elite Partner and TikTok Marketing Partner. We help agencies, freelancers and businesses get more from their advertising spend. Channel Partner Programme (CPP): Expert team dedicated to our partners maximising their advertising spend on Microsoft and TikTok. We offer a full service from account audits and exclusive access to pilots and events. OmniAI: our AI workspace collating key AI tools into one place as well as an innovative Ads Connector for their Microsoft & Google ads that reviews their campaigns and provides a full audit report of recommendations. We've grown Microsoft spend across our partners by 28% year on year, working with agencies and advertisers of every size. Our deals range from $5k to $1.5M in quarterly ad spend and service is tiered accordingly. TikTok is a new partnership to ClickTech and we are looking to scale this to the next level. About the Role We've just reset our sales function, with a new pipeline structure, sales process, pitch materials and lead generation plan. We need an experienced hand to take ownership, sharpen what we've built and turn it into a predictable engine for growth. You'll have your own sales targets to hit with an attractive commission plan to reward you for hitting them. What you'll do: In your first 90 days Review the sales structures we've put in place (pipeline stages, sales process, pitch deck, objection handling, lead gen plan) and tell us what to keep, sharpen or change. Get to know our programmes, partners and internal team, and build a pipeline of your own deals. Agree quarterly targets and a commission structure with the VP Partnerships. Set up a weekly pipeline review and forecast that leadership can rely on. Ongoing Win new business: own and close high-value deals across the CPP for Microsoft and TikTok. Raise the bar: share your experience with the Account Executive, help set clear activity and pipeline standards, and advise on future hires. Build the engine: improve qualification, the sales process, the CRM setup and reporting, so results are repeatable and measurable. Work with Marketing: shape campaigns, messaging and lead flow, and give fast feedback on lead quality. Work with Customer Success: run smooth handovers to Customer Success, and grow referrals and upsell from existing partners. Represent ClickTech: with Microsoft, TikTok and our partners, at events and in the market. What you'll bring: Essential 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally including time coaching or mentoring other salespeople A track record of closing high-value, consultative deals and hitting quarterly targets Experience in digital advertising, ad tech, martech or a partner/channel sales model You've built or rebuilt a sales process before: pipeline stages, forecasting, qualification and reporting Confident using a CRM to run a pipeline (we use Zoho) and comfortable with sales tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Excellent at building relationships with agency owners, marketing leaders and finance decision-makers Hands‑on: happy to prospect, run demos and close, not just manage Nice to have Knowledge of Microsoft Advertising, Google Ads or TikTok Ads Experience working with platform partners (Microsoft, Google, Meta or TikTok) Experience selling to agencies An interest in AI tools for marketing We realise that certain groups of people are less likely to apply for a role if they don’t meet 100% of the job requirements.
