Sr. Program Manager, Asset LifecycleThe Sr. Program Manager, Asset Lifecycle is a high-visibility individual contributor within Service Operations who functions as the internal expert on product lifecycle management. This person will build the analytical models, strategic frameworks, and cross-functional alignments needed to proactively manage when, why, and how assets are refreshed — moving Quench from a reactive swap posture to a planned, data-driven refresh model.Key Responsibilities1. Product Lifecycle Strategy & PlanningDefine long-range product refresh strategy and cohort-level targetsEstablish prioritization frameworks (age, churn risk, service cost)Translate strategy into annual deployment and Capex plansAlign lifecycle strategy with financial planning cycles2. Capex Strategy, Modeling & ROI GovernanceBuild and maintain ROI models linking swaps to churn avoidance and cost savingsPartner with Finance to support capital planning and allocation decisionsQuantify trade-offs and inform executive decision-makingTrack realized vs. expected return on asset refresh investments3. Lifecycle Analytics (Churn & Service Cost)Quantify relationships between asset age, churn propensity, and service costDevelop segmentation models to identify at-risk accountsEstablish data-driven thresholds where replacement outperforms repairPartner with CX and Customer Care to inform retention strategies4. Proactive Swap Program Design & ExecutionDesign and scale proactive asset refresh programs beyond organic swap ratesDefine targeting logic, eligibility criteria, and operational workflowsPartner with Care, Field Service and Scheduling to execute programsDevelop customer communication strategies with Marketing5.
