We are seeking Data Center Technicians to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical network infrastructure within fast-paced data center environments. As a Data Center Technician, you will play a key role in supporting fiber optic and structured cabling installations while ensuring quality, safety, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

• Data center experience
• Fiber optic cabling installation
• Structured cabling experience
• Cable management and rack-and-stack experience
• Fiber testing and troubleshooting
• Network infrastructure support
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and cable schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications, construction, low-voltage, or field technician roles
• Familiarity with data center environments and industry best practices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, TX.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
