Whether you're doing a complex drivability diagnosis or routine brake work, you'll be part of a shop that values craftsmanship, communication, and continuous improvement. Your day might include:Perform advanced diagnostics using factory scan tools and equipmentComplete repairs on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and drivetrainsCollaborate with service advisors to ensure guest concerns are clearly addressedConduct comprehensive multipoint inspections and document findingsConduct video multi point inspections, creating transparency for our guestsStay current with factory bulletins and technical trainingMentor apprentice and express techs as neededMaintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocolsDeliver every vehicle with quality work and confidenceHighest level of work ethic and integrityWho You AreExperienced: You bring a strong background in diagnosis, repair, and shop proceduresCertified: You hold current ASE or manufacturer certifications (Ford, GM, etc.)Independent but team-minded: You take ownership of your work and support your teamDetail-driven: You believe the little things make a big differenceProfessional: You treat coworkers and guests with respect and integrityCompensation & BenefitsAnnual earnings: $60,000-$150,000, based on experience and productivityFlat-rate compensation with performance bonusesTool allowance and ongoing training support401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysAccess to OEM training and ASE prepA shop culture built on respect, growth, and teamworkWhy Johnson Motors?We're not just another dealership—we're a workplace built around people.
