Registered Nurse (Home Health) – Western Pennsylvania | Pay‑Per‑Visit | $10K Quarterly Bonus

Overview

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team in Western Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide high‑quality Home Health care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This position offers flexible scheduling, strong onboarding support, and excellent benefits — ideal for nurses who value autonomy, patient relationships, and a stable Monday–Friday routine.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet ALL of the following:

Education & Experience

Associate degree or higher in Nursing
1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse (Home Health experience preferred)

Licensure & Certifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
ANY of the following valid certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

Additional Requirements

Valid Driver's License , Reliable Mode of Transportation , and Active Auto Insurance

Preferred

RN License Number (for verification and expedited processing)

Top Skills Required

1+ year of RN experience (Home Health preferred)
Active PA RN license
Associate degree or higher
BLS/CPR certification
Reliable transportation and insurance

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1 on‑call shift per week (5 PM–10 PM)
1 weekend per month
2 holidays per year
