Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and/or Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience in school or healthcare settings preferred
• Ability to design and implement individualized education and therapy plans
• Strong understanding of best practices for supporting students with varied needs
• Excellent communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with school guidelines

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students onsite—assessing strengths and challenges, setting individual goals, and tracking progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create effective support plans
• Maintain documentation in compliance with school, state, and federal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to each student’s educational team
• Adapt therapy techniques as needed to address classroom integration and unique learning styles
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
