Qué harás:
Cuidar es una vocación, y te brindamos las herramientas para que la ejerzas con orgullo. Las responsabilidades incluyen:
Compañía y conversación para animar y apoyar a los clientes en sus hogares
Cuidado personal, como baño, vestimenta, aseo, higiene y asistencia en el uso del baño
Preparación de comidas y asistencia para la alimentación, ofreciendo tanto nutrición como apoyo
Tareas domésticas ligeras y lavandería, prestando atención a la dignidad y la limpieza
Apoyo a la movilidad, incluyendo asistencia para traslados, posicionamiento y ejercicios de rango de movimiento
Recordatorios de medicamentos y garantía del cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad
Recados y transporte a citas (según sea necesario y aplicable)
Tareas adicionales basadas en planes de atención individualizados
Qué buscamos:
Nuestro modelo de atención prioriza a las personas, por lo que buscamos personas que reflejen esta filosofía.
Mayor de 18 años
Se prefiere diploma de escuela secundaria o GED
Confiable, puntual y profesional
Capacidad para conducir o acceso a transporte confiable + seguro vigente
Experiencia previa es una ventaja, pero la vocación de servicio es indispensable
Debe presentar 2 formas de identificación y documentación de elegibilidad
Se requiere inscripción para depósito directo
