As a Manager in Training at Buck Mason, you’ll be on the fast track to leading your own store. This full-time role is about absorbing knowledge, supporting the Store Manager, and preparing to take the helm. Responsibilities Knowledge Sponge: Absorb everything from seasoned managers about running a retail operation. Future Leader: Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing staff, with an eye on building your own team. Sales Driver: Analyze sales data and support in achieving sales targets. Operational Expert: Oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure policy compliance. Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring seamless operations. Required Skills Hungry to learn about retail management.
