Title: Performing Arts Center Manager - High School

Job Description:
The School District of Milton is seeking an energetic individual for a Performing Arts Center Manager. This position will begin mid-August 2026 and the first week of June 2027 and will be providing support to staff, administration and the public in the technical aspects, maintenance and basic repairs on a variety of electronic and audio-visual equipment in the performing arts center.

Qualifications:
The School District of Milton is seeking an individual who will schedule, organize, approve, and coordinate the use of the Performing Arts Center. In addition, this person will coordinate, oversee, and guide the technical support of productions (e.g. operation of lighting and sound equipment, audio-visual equipment, rigging systems, front of house functions) to users of the facility. Candidates should be organized, flexible, have strong communication skills, and be able to collaboratively work with others. The successful candidate will be able to available throughout the year to assist internal and external groups with the Performing Arts Center and be mindful of federal, state and local laws, regulations and standards are observed and enforced. Experience in technical theater operations, production management, and activities, including stage management, stage crafts, sound production, theatrical lighting, and rigging, or training in school/theater management is required.
