What the job is
  • Research and deeply understand manufacturers, their challenges, and motivations
  • Prospect into new accounts through outbound and inbound channels
  • Craft thoughtful, compelling outreach tailored to different audiences
  • Qualify leads and generate high-quality opportunities for Account Executives
  • Work closely with Account Executives to align on messaging and strategy
  • Partner with Marketing to test, refine, and improve campaigns
  • Aggressively learn new industries, skills, and product knowledge
  • Track and manage your pipeline with discipline and accuracy
  • Relentlessly pursue your targets while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Demand personal growth from yourself and raise your own bar over time

Salary range & benefits
  • $50,000–$60,000 base // $122,000–$132,000 OTE (uncapped) + equity
  • 401(k) matching after 90 days — immediate vesting

This role is open to candidates located in the U.S. and authorized to work here. We’re not able to offer visa sponsorship or consider international applicants at this time.

Candidates should be able to commute to our Minneapolis office or be willing to relocate.

The market tells us we’re on the right track: +50% year over year growth but we know to not rest on our laurels and that there's a lot of stuff to build and a huge amount of work to be done. We're looking for people who can stand alongside us and work hard to make our dreams become reality in the fastest, smoothest, and best way possible.
