Swimming Pool Service Technician

Job Description

The Swimming Pool Service Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of standard residential outdoor pools. Working independently, this role involves weekly visits to multiple customer locations to ensure proper chemical balance, water quality, and equipment performance. The technician performs routine inspections and interacts directly with customers to provide exceptional service and address any pool-related issues.

Responsibilities

Clean pools and maintain water clarity
Balance pool chemicals to ensure safe swimming conditions
Perform water testing and analyze results
Maintain and clean filtration systems
Conduct routine pool inspections
Travel daily to multiple residential customer locations
Interact with customers and address service needs

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in pool maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of pool chemical handling
Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Proficiency in water testing and analysis
Strong customer service skills
Effective time management
Physical stamina for outdoor work
Familiarity with safety compliance standards
