Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SAP Analytics Lead / Manager on behalf of our client in a Remote position with occasional travel.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics professional to lead enterprise data and analytics engagements across SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) . The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on SAP analytics expertise with solution architecture, client-facing leadership, and team management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Analytics implementations, from architecture and design through integration and go-live.

• Design scalable analytics solutions using SAP Datasphere, SAC, and BDC.

• Manage client stakeholders and translate business requirements into effective data and analytics solutions.

• Lead data integration and federation across S/4HANA, SAP BW, cloud platforms, and third-party data sources.

• Design and oversee SAC stories, planning applications, data models, and self-service BI solutions.

• Guide SAP Business Data Cloud adoption, including integration with Databricks and AI/ML capabilities.

• Lead and mentor consulting teams while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

• Support solution demonstrations, client workshops, proposals, and practice development initiatives.

• Stay current with SAP analytics technologies and emerging data and AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Management consulting .

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere/DWC, SAP BW/4HANA, or related SAP data technologies .

• 3+ years of project or people leadership experience within a consulting environment.

• 2+ years of experience designing or architecting SAP Business AI Platform solutions.

• Strong knowledge of SAP Datasphere architecture, including Spaces, Data Builder, Business Builder, data flows, replication flows, and semantic modeling .

• Advanced experience with SAC story design, Planning applications, data actions, multi-currency models, and version management .

• Working knowledge of SAP Business Data Cloud , including Datasphere and Databricks integration.

• Experience delivering full-cycle SAP Analytics implementations across at least two business areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales/Commercial, or HR/Workforce Analytics .

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and solution leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, or SAP BW/4HANA .

• Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake .

• Knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and SAC Planning.

• Exposure to SAP Signavio and process mining use cases.

• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery methodologies.

• Knowledge of SAP Public Cloud Analytics .

• Familiarity with SAP HANA Cloud Knowledge Graph and its role in enabling semantic connectivity for Joule agents.

• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, Analytics, or a related discipline.
