HR Generalist: Build & Scale HR for Healthcare (Multi-State)

PrepMD is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for our Braintree, MA office to support the full employee lifecycle across clinical and corporate teams. You will own core HR operations, employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, benefits support, and compliance in a HIPAA- and SOC 2-regulated environment. Beyond daily HR tasks, you will help reorganize and build out the HR function, establishing and standardizing workflows, programs, and policies as the department grows. #J-18808-Ljbffr PrepMD
