Monitoring Associate

Description Schedule: 4-day, 12-hour overnight shift with alternating weekends. Overnight or evening hours available. Pay: $19 an hour plus monthly performance bonus. Location: Union, New Jersey. Our state‑of‑the‑art call center facility is the most advanced alarm and emergency monitoring center in the United States. Job Type Full‑time Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service to clients to maintain high overall customer satisfaction while answering and addressing real-time alarms. Assist customers with troubleshooting, technical support, security installation, and other account maintenance issues. Adhere to regulations and protocols governing alarm and emergency response procedures, ensuring compliance at all times. Coordinate cross‑functionally with other departments, when necessary. Utilize multiple tools and systems to provide the best solutions for customers. Requirements 1+ years of experience in customer service or a call center environment. Comfortable using a computer and modern technology. Ability to work in a fast‑paced high‑volume call center environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented and strong desire to help others. Access to reliable transportation.
