The private, not-for-profit institution is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education and plays an important role in training the next generation of healthcare professionals.QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAININGCurrent and valid state Registered Nurse license.Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Current Basic Life Support certificate (BLS) upon hire and maintain current.Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current.Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.FACILITY / UNIT TRAININGCritical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certificate preferred for Intensive Care.Non-OB Facilities – NRP Required 90 days after hire and maintained.Professional Certification within 2 years of hire, preferred.Pay TransparencyRumford Community Home Corporation offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $37.80 to $54.75 per hour.
