We offer competitive pay at $18-$23 per hour, including tips (based on experience; potential to earn more if you learn multiple roles). Pay is dependent upon skills and experience. These positions offer a flexible full or part-time schedule. NY Pie is a fun, family-style pizzeria with four Nashville area locations. Description: Prepares, assembles, and bakes pizzas according to recipes, working in fast-paced kitchens. Responsibilities include preparing dough and toppings,operatingovens,maintainingsanitation standards, and providing customer service. Key skillsrequiredare speed, accuracy, food safety knowledge, and teamwork Core Responsibilities: Pizza Preparation: Hand-stretching dough, saucing, topping, and baking pizzas consistently. Ingredient Prep: Preparing dough, chopping vegetables, making sauces, and slicing meats. Oven Management: Operatingand monitoring wood-fired, gas, or conveyor ovens to ensure proper cooking. Kitchen Sanitation: Cleaning workstations, tools, and equipment, andmaintaininghigh hygiene standards. Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels and informing supervisors of low inventory. Customer Service: Managing orders and, in some settings, taking orders or handing food to customers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Prior experience as a pizza makerrequired Knowledge :Understandingoffood sanitation regulations and safety standards. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand forlong periodsand work in a hot, fast-paced environment. Schedule Flexibility: Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
