Otr Cdl-A Driver - Steady Freight

We are hiring experienced OTR Class A CDL drivers to join our company as drivers of our owned and maintained trucks. The role involves transporting freight across multiple states, ensuring safety and compliance, and meeting customer‑defined schedules. Responsibilities Transport finished goods and raw materials across multiple states to manufacturing plants, retail, or distribution centers. Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance. Plan routes, adhere to delivery schedules, and use E‑log to document work/rest periods and mileage. Comply with DOT regulations, weight limits, and company policies and procedures. Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions and collect/verify delivery instructions. Report defects, accidents, or violations to dispatch. Work on a flexible, customer‑based schedule with drop‑hook, no‑touch freight; no dedicated routes. Requirements Valid Class A CDL. Minimum of 3 years of Class A driving experience. Age 25 to 75; no more than 1 moving violation in the last 2 years and no DOT failures/CHA violations in the last 15 years. Clean driving record with no more than 6 jobs or violations in the last 3 years. Ability to work extended hours and travel across the country. Physical ability to lift a 90‑lb tarp and perform routine vehicle inspections. Benefits Full‑time W‑2 benefits including 401(k) with company match. Medical, dental, and vision coverage (Cigna).
