Job Description

One of the premier Cardiology clinics is seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist will register patients, schedule procedures/follow up appointments, verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and/or reschedules patient follow-ups and procedures. 
• Verify all authorizations have been obtained prior to scheduling procedures
• Inform and provide patient with necessary information and instructions prior to procedure date
• Scan and file into patient docs on eClinicalWorks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1 year or more of Medical Receptionist experience within a clinic/physician office setting or have appointment scheduling experience within eClinicalWorks. 
• Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
