Job Description As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will:

• Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within the specified time frames.
• Receive structured training and coaching from Academy managers.
• Partner with banking customers, small businesses, and higher–net‑worth clients to deliver suitable recommendations and solutions.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to broad financial services.
• Deliver end‑to‑end comprehensive advice and conduct client reviews.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register and maintain good standing; failure to do so may result in termination. Required Qualifications Ability to obtain required industry licenses promptly. Self‑disciplined time and capacity management. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Adaptability to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license. Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.
