Customer Service Representative

Transdev in Lancaster, California is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:

• $18.40-21.50 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)

• Starting pay $18.40 with progression to $21.50 over 4years.

Benefits include:

• Vacation : 70 hours to 120 hours per year

• Paid Sick Leave: All non-probationary drivers who work thirty (30) or more days per year shall receive forty-eight (48) hours of sick leave on January 1 of each calendar year.; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.

• Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures

• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.

• Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.

• Other duties as required.

Qualifications :

• Computer literate

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to operate standard telephone system.

• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

• The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.

• Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
