Hours: 8:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees. This individual will provide administrative support while ensuring the front office operates efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

- Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and applicants in a courteous and professional manner

- Answer and direct incoming multi-line telephone calls

- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages

- Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate shipping services

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

- Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry

- Schedule meetings and assist with calendar coordination as needed

- Order and maintain office supplies and monitor inventory levels

- Assist Human Resources with onboarding paperwork, applicant check-ins, and other administrative tasks

- Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion

- Support various departments with clerical and administrative projects

- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- High school diploma or GED

- Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment

- Professional appearance and positive attitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Preferred experience working in a manufacturing or industrial office environment

- Preferred experience with multi-line phone systems, copiers, scanners, and other office equipment

- Preferred basic data entry and recordkeeping experience
