Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist state license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred, including evaluations and 60-minute evaluation plus treatment sessions.
• Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document per regulatory and clinic standards.
• New graduates are considered; New Grad rate noted as preferred information.
• Must maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education requirements.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Schedule: 5x8 shift pattern.
• Patient Visit Structure: 60 minute evaluation plus treatment sessions.
