Legal Assistant/Paralegal knowledgeable in Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Probate and Business Law, with emphasis on Personal Injury. Must possess strong and courteous communication skills and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Must have experience in office and legal support service, Microsoft Office, ICCESS and standard legal software. Experience in PACER and Timeslips is a plus. Must be a Notary Public or eligible to become one. Duties will include but are not limited to dictation, managing critical court deadlines, case management, scheduling appointments, preparing high-quality legal documents, meeting with clients, ordering medical records, preparing e-filing legal documents.
