Sales Associate - Role Overview
As a Sales Associate at Topdrawer, you are the face of our brand-welcoming customers, sharing product stories, and helping people find tools that inspire creativity and intentional living. You create an inviting, thoughtful experience through exceptional service, deep product knowledge, and a genuine passion for design. Whether guiding someone through our notebook collection or helping them discover a new creative ritual, you bring Topdrawer's philosophy of quiet design to life.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Community

• Deliver a warm, educational, and personalized customer experience
• Share product stories and rituals that reflect Topdrawer's values
• Foster a welcoming and inspiring environment for customers and teammates

Team Support

• Collaborate with peers and leadership to create a high-performing team culture
• Support the onboarding of new hires by modeling service standards
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace

Store Operations & Merchandising

• Assist with day-to-day operations, including restocking, visual displays, and store upkeep
• Present merchandise in a way that highlights craftsmanship and design
• Support product launches and seasonal refreshes

Sales & Business Support

• Meet or exceed personal and store-level sales goals
• Stay informed on product knowledge and promotions
• Uphold standards in service, presentation, and accuracy at the point of sale
